What is Talk Therapy?

Talk therapy is a general term used to describe a set of therapeutic techniques that are rooted in the long history of therapy. Many different approaches can be included in this type of therapy however they all have in common the purpose of talking through problems, concerns, and life events with a qualified therapist.
