Individual Therapy

What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a graduate-level therapist. In therapy a safe, caring, and confidential environment is provided in order to explore the client’s feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify areas of their lives where change would be beneficial, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
