Jess Crowe

MSW, RSW, Certified Sexologist

Hi, I’m Jess. Thanks for taking the time to find out more about me. Therapy to me is about collaboration and connection.  In session you will find me sharing, listening, offering perspective and feedback while I encourage you to become more curious about yourself and develop your own insights. I am warm, empathic and work from a place of integrity. I’ll take the time to get to know you and offer guidance, strategies and tools to move you in the direction you wish to go.  My aim is to provide you with a therapy experience that is personal, connecting and empowering.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Sexuality, Marriage and Family studies and a Master of Social Work Degree.  I have worked within the field for over a decade in diverse settings and have lots of experience working with individuals and couples. I am invested in life long learning and get excited when there are new approaches, philosophies and tools to support people to better themselves.  As such, my practice is integrative, collaborative and anchored in many evidence based methods.  I also am drawn to working with other helping professionals offering both consultation services and therapeutic support, especially for those who are new to the field and looking to find their way.

So, whether you are transitioning into parenthood, trying to figure out whether you like your job, wondering if this is the relationship for you, wanting to pick up the pieces after hurt, or are simply finding yourself saying “I am ready for more” please reach out.  This is the work I love to do.
